What we shipped.

New loops, features, improvements, and fixes — shipped continuously. The business runs while you read this.

v2026.7.2
1mn.ai — session replay
NewImprovedFixed

See what your users actually do

Session replay lands end-to-end — every real session recorded, plus a Recordings Reviewer loop that watches them for you and files what's worth acting on. A PostHog-style Web analytics tab reads the same first-party signal, Watchdog folds error triage and Story-QA into one app-health loop, and a new Growth / Social loop drafts channel-native posts. Still recommend-only — nothing ships without your say.

  • Session replay (rrweb) is wired end-to-end — capture, playback in a restyled player, and a Recordings Reviewer skill that watches each session and drafts a ticket for any real insight. Sampling defaults to 100%.
  • A PostHog-style Web analytics tab reads the same 1mn SDK signal — pageviews, events, and users, all first-party.
  • Watchdog is now one app-health loop: real user errors and Story-QA fold together and probe the feature map directly (the Critical Flows gate is gone), with per-loop on/off toggles on the renamed Loops tab.
  • A new Growth / Social Content loop drafts channel-native posts for you to review, and the daily brief now emails a first-person recap of what shipped.
v2026.7.1
1mn.ai — onboarding
ImprovedFixed

A first run that gets out of your way

Signing up now drops you into a guided onboarding instead of an empty dashboard — a checklist that tracks your real setup progress, with an escape hatch so you're never boxed in. The workspace opens where you actually work, and a round of polish clears the small snags.

  • New signups route straight into a guided onboarding whose checklist is driven by real draft progress — with a timeout so a stuck step can't trap you.
  • Tasks is the default pane, redesigned around intent-first views with the power-filters tucked behind a disclosure.
  • Failed runs auto-retry up to three times, and the dead Terms/Privacy links plus sidebar connect-button flicker are fixed.
v2026.6.5
Story QA · verified
NewImproved

Loops that test your own product

The product loop closes its QA gap. Story QA opens a real browser to confirm each documented feature still behaves the way its story claims; Dogfooding graduates into a scheduled routine that runs every persona and files what it finds; and a new directed QA skill reproduces a bug or hunts UX friction on demand. Every session is recorded — and it's all recommend-only, so nothing changes without you.

  • Story QA — a Routines-tab loop that browser-verifies each feature story against its expected behavior and files a ticket on any failure or notable friction.
  • Dogfooding is now a first-class scheduled routine: every active persona runs on cadence and its findings close straight into your Tickets spine.
  • Ticket-triggered QA browsing reproduces a bug or reports UX frictions in a real recorded session — you review, nothing ships on its own.
v2026.6.4
1mn.ai — landing
NewImproved

A new home, built on loops

The marketing site is rebuilt around the product thesis: loops are the spine. The new landing walks through the three loops — product, marketing, and support — with a live console peek, and now ships pixel-perfect on every screen size.

  • Redesigned home page with an interactive console peek across all five loop surfaces.
  • Real, authentic brand marks for every integration and tool chain.
  • End-to-end mobile responsiveness — no more horizontal overflow on small screens.
v2026.6.3
docs.1mn.app
New

Hosted docs, on autopilot

Connect a content repo and 1mn builds, hosts, and publishes your documentation for you. The docs-sync loop opens PRs against your MDX, and merging is publishing — no build step to babysit, custom domains included.

  • Multi-tenant docs hosting with per-product subdomains and custom domains.
  • docs-sync loop drafts content fixes as pull requests — PR-merge ships them live.
  • Static builds run in the sandbox, served R2-first, so a content change goes live without a redeploy.
v2026.6.2
r/SaaS · 1 opportunity
New

The Reddit opportunity loop

A distribution loop that surfaces Reddit threads where your product genuinely helps — each with a single, pre-drafted, brand-aware comment. Read-only and draft-only: it never posts, you do.

  • Daily scans of your target subreddits for threads worth joining.
  • One helpful, non-spammy comment drafted per opportunity — gated for your review.
  • Rewrite, copy, or dismiss from the Reddit tab; posting always stays manual.
v2026.6.1
session · recording
New

Cast — synthetic users that test your product

Believable AI personas open your app in a real browser on a schedule, genuinely pursue a goal, record the session to video, and leave first-person usability feedback. Like having a usability lab that runs itself.

  • Personas with backstories, goals, and memory that evolves across visits.
  • Real Chromium sessions recorded to video, with honest feedback and a rating.
  • Findings flow straight into your backlog as triaged tickets.
v2026.5.9
SEO Health · 84
NewImproved

SEO and error loops, end to end

Two more loops close themselves. The SEO loop runs a recommend-only health audit with a prioritized action plan; the error loop turns SDK crashes into triaged tickets with a single root cause attached.

  • 0–100 SEO Health Score across performance, crawlability, on-page, GEO, and Search Console.
  • Core Web Vitals via PageSpeed Insights, right inside the SEO tab.
  • Production errors cluster into KB gaps and bug tickets automatically.
v2026.5.6
PR #47 · ready
New

Coding tasks open real pull requests

The product loop doesn't just suggest — it ships. Claude Code runs in an isolated sandbox, clones your repo, makes the change, runs your test suite, and opens a PR linked to the ticket. You merge.

  • Auto-bugfix PRs from tickets and crashes, with tests green before it asks.
  • Connect once with the GitHub App — no long-lived tokens stored.
  • Bring your own Claude subscription to run on your own quota.

That's everything so far — and more loops ship every week.
