One founder. Every loop.
I'm a solo founder building and operating 1mn on my own — the autonomous loops that run a one-person software business. There's no small team behind this. It's just me, leveraging AI and vibe coding to turn a solo project into a real revenue source.
What I'm building
A solo founder can build a real product. Operating it is the hard part — the dogfooding, the bugfixes, the SEO, the ads, the support tickets. That's the work agencies and contractors normally do, and it's the work a one-person company can't afford. I know, because I'm doing all of it alone.
So I'm building 1mn to replace that with autonomous loops that run on a cron: synthetic users dogfood the product and open bugfix PRs, marketing routines run the SEO, content, and ads, and support tickets get triaged into the backlog. Every irreversible action — anything that spends money, deploys code, or touches a customer — passes through a human gate. It stays your product. The loops just help you build it, faster.
Who's behind 1mn
Just me — one founder on a journey to build and operate a solo SaaS company. There's no small team here: no co-founders, no engineering department, no ops staff. I lean on AI and vibe coding to punch above my weight, ship on the same modern serverless stack 1mn's users do, dogfood 1mn on 1mn itself, and write about what I learn on the blog. My goal is simple: open a new revenue source by leveraging AI to run the parts of the business I'd otherwise never have the hands for.
